The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on user inputs. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or require editing before use.

4. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and current information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Credits, Payments, and Digital Content

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

Credits are purchased in advance
Credits do not expire while the Service remains operational
Each content generation costs 1 credit
Each generation includes 2 free regenerations
Credits are non-transferable between accounts
Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice

Digital Content and Cancellation Rights:

By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate access to your credits and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once you begin using your credits to generate content. For unused credits within 14 days of purchase, you may contact us to request a refund at our discretion.

6. Subscriptions

For subscription services:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Unused generations or allowances do not roll over to the next period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group
Contains or promotes sexually explicit or pornographic material
Infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyright or trademarks
Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation
Constitutes spam, misleading content, or deceptive marketing practices
Spreads misinformation, disinformation, or deliberately false information
Violates the terms of service of platforms where the content will be posted
Attempts to reverse engineer, exploit, or circumvent any aspect of the Service
Is intended for resale as an AI content generation service

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content that violates this policy at our sole discretion.

8. Content Ownership and Responsibility

Regarding content generated through our Service:

You own the content generated for your use
We retain no ownership rights to your generated content
We have a license to store and process your content to provide the Service
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and how you use the generated content
You must have the rights to any inputs you provide (images, text, brand names)
We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, UNIQUE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (C) ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED. AI-GENERATED CONTENT SHOULD ALWAYS BE REVIEWED BEFORE USE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOLLARPOSTPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DollarPostPro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you generate, publish, or distribute using the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for:

Violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Non-payment or payment disputes
Any reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users

Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service ceases immediately; (b) we may delete your account and data; (c) unused credits may be forfeited for terminations due to Terms violations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
